Central Channel Healing focuses on cleansing and strengthening the body's central channel. As this channel is cleared and restored, the body's seven main chakras, the Earth Star, Soul Star and the Rainbow Bridge (Antahkarana) are also cleansed, balanced and brought into greater alignment.

The Rainbow Bridge, or Antahkarana, is the energetic pathway through which life force energy (Chi) flows between our higher and lower aspects of self. When this pathway is clear and functioning well, energy can move more freely throughout the body and energy field.

Through energetic clearing, alignment and restoration, the system is supported and strengthened, helping it return to a natural state of flow. This can bring a greater sense of balance, connection, grounding, clarity and ease.

During a session, the central channel, chakras and energetic system are assessed and gently cleared. Areas of stagnation, imbalance or energetic congestion are supported in returning to a more natural state of flow and harmony.

As the system becomes clearer and more aligned, many people experience a greater sense of peace, grounding, connection and wellbeing.
