​​Most people report a feeling of deep relaxation and rest during their session and throughout their day afterwards.  Many see vivid colours of pinks and purples.  Some people see passed over ancestors and loved ones.  Everyone is different and it is best not to have any expectations during a session as they call all be different.

During Your In Person Session

During the session we will have an initial chat and discuss what is occuring in your life that you would like to see change in.  You will lay on a plinth (bed), fully clothed, covered with a blanket for approximately 40 mins. During that time the healing energy will be directed to various parts of your body through my palms. Gentle touch is used but if you are uncomfortable with touch for any reason the session can also be done touch free.  We will finish by discussing any insights or details that I received during your session and any message the Angels and Archangels may have had for you.

Online Sessions

As with the in person sessions we will have a chat before and after the energy transmission.  During the energy healing you can be sitting in a chair or laying on a sofa or bed, eyes closed, and enjoy the healing energies.  In terms of energy there are no limitations such as time and space, this is why distance healing works so effectively, we do not have to be in the same room or even country to receive the same benefits of an energy healing session.
